About Us

Road Ready Traffic Control Flaggers Inc. (RRTC Flaggers Inc.) incorporated in August of 2025 by owners, Mahtahnah Mackay-Saintprix and her partner Walton Griffin. The two of them are both certified and experienced flaggers of the past who both share the same ideas and values as the other. While both Mackay and Griffin had plans and thoughts of starting their own flagging company to provide traffic control, serve their communities, save lives and help in enhancement within the economy by creating jobs for people to have.

Mackay, mother of 8 wears many hats than many can imagine. Her background goes from Nursing, Cable Technician, Construction laborer, Librarian, Peace Officer, Public Safety Officer, traffic control flagger, to Office Admin, Accountant and Tax Consultant, all the way to CDL Truck Driver and to skip a few in between, amongst all she is a female Entrepreneur. Owner of a Woman and minority Owned business.  She’s the mother of mother’s and always helps others even when she is at her limit. Her community involvement goes back to the early 2000’s when she joined Clubs United via “Chocolate Flavors Social Club”, a non-profit community organization in New York. In 2009 she became Owner and founder of her own  Non-profit Social Club providing community service and helping those less fortunate. Mackay’s love for her community has never stopped nor changed. In 2012 she took a bigger leap and joined a world known organization in Pennsylvania. Still to this day she is a proud member and continues to love her dedication to her community and the individuals in it. Mahtahnah’s main focus is to provide the highest quality of service to her companies contractors and the communities within to the best of her ability exceeding expectations and beyond.

Walton Griffin, Co-founder of RRTC Flaggers Inc. A generous man himself with a very big heart and loves to help people in need as well. Griffin have helped many families and individuals in many ways possible, he takes big interests in the mentoring that he provides to the male youth as he teaches them how to be better sons, and young respectful growing young men. Griffin and Mackay are sister and brother organizationally and since have become more than that. Griffin a real big brother to Mackay and an uncle to her children enjoys his community involvement and helping all around as he can. His background includes Accounting, Facilities Management, Carpentry and Construction. Lastly his volunteering in Family services and mentoring. He has no plan on changing the man that he is. They both agree that with the company they own and the outstanding services provided. Griffin and Mackay see a better, brighter future for their communities.
